The rules of the arena — what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.

01Agreement

02What a slot is

A slot is a permanent, non-exclusive licence to display your chosen image and profile at a coordinate on the ArrivalesX7 map. It is a digital presence within our platform. It is not real property, not an ownership interest in ArrivalesX7, and not a guarantee of traffic, visibility, or results. Slots are a one-time purchase and do not expire.

03Accounts

You must provide a valid email to sign in and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your access secure and enable two-factor authentication if you want an extra layer. You must meet the minimum age required by your jurisdiction to use the service.

04Your content and conduct

You are responsible for the images, text, links, and Stories you submit, and you confirm you have the rights to use them. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise prohibited, and not to impersonate others or interfere with the platform. New listings and certain edits are reviewed before going live, and Stories may be reviewed; we may reject, hide, or remove content that breaks these Terms.

05Licence you grant us

To display your listing and Stories, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt (for example, to generate optimized variants and thumbnails), and publicly display the content you submit, for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. You keep ownership of your content.

06Payments, tax, and pricing

Prices are shown before you pay and are set per sector; we may change future prices at any time. Applicable taxes are added at checkout where required, and an electronic invoice is issued with your ticket. Payments are handled by our payment processor. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

07Referrals and wallet

You may earn commission into your wallet when others book using your referral code, subject to our referral rules. Commission must not be earned through fraud, self-referral, or abuse. Payouts are processed manually once you meet the minimum balance; we may withhold or reverse amounts linked to abuse, chargebacks, or reversed payments.

08Approval, suspension, and removal

We may review, approve, or reject listings and edits, and we may suspend or deactivate accounts that violate these Terms. If a listing is suspended it may be hidden while the slot remains reserved; if an account is deactivated, its slot may be released for resale. Where practical we will tell you why.

09Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArrivalesX7 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the slot(s) giving rise to the claim.

11Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be posted here with a new date, and continued use means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION / COUNTRY], and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, except where local law gives you additional rights.
