01What is ArrivalesX7?

A full-screen interactive map where you claim a permanent coordinate — a slot. Each slot shows your image on the grid and links to your public profile. It is a presence in a shared universe, not an advertisement.

02Is a slot really permanent?

Yes. A slot is a one-time purchase and never expires. Once your listing is approved it stays live on the map.

03How much does a slot cost?

Prices are set per sector and shown live on the map and at checkout. Later sectors are priced higher by design, and Sector VII (GOLD) is the most exclusive. The exact total — including any discount and tax — is always shown before you pay.

04Can I buy more than one slot?

Yes. Select several available tiles on the map, add them to your cart, and book them together. With multiple tiles you can:

• give each tile its own image,
• use one image across all of them, or
• merge adjacent tiles into a single, larger image.

05What do I get after I book?

A ticket with two QR codes — one verifies the ticket, the other opens your profile — plus an electronic invoice. You also get a shareable profile link, arrivalesx7.com/@your-handle.

06Why does my listing need approval?

New listings and certain profile edits are briefly reviewed before they go live, to keep the arena clean. If something is rejected you are told why and can edit and resubmit. A welcome message arrives once you are approved.

07What are Stories?

Short 15-second image or video transmissions you can post from your dashboard. They are visible to everyone for 24 hours and appear as a glowing ring on your mark. No account is needed to view them.

08How does the referral system work?

Share your referral code. When someone books using it, they get a discount and you earn commission into your wallet. Payouts are processed manually once you pass the minimum balance.

09Do I need an account to browse?

No. Anyone can explore the map, open profiles, and watch Stories without signing in. You only need an account to book and manage your own listings.

10How do I sign in?

With a one-time code sent to your email — no password to remember. You can also enable optional two-factor authentication from your account settings.

11Can I edit my profile later?

Yes, from your dashboard. Some changes (name, social links) apply instantly; others (photo, description, website) are reviewed first. There is a monthly limit on edit requests.
